2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubes (half-inch)
3 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
Mix Bisquick and milk together. Stir in cheese cubes. Spread in an 8×8-inch pan greased or sprayed with PAM.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and dribble melted butter over the top. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in a 400°F. oven for 20 to 25 minutes until a dark golden brown (you can check with a toothpick). It’s best when served warm.
