Michael DiMucci, whose voice has been compared to tenor Josh Groban’s, will open Linden Place’s 2013 concert season with “A Concert of Italian Songs” Friday evening. Mr. DiMucci, who’s performed with groups from the R.I. Philharmonic to swing bands like Avenue A, will present a program of early Italian music, Neapolitan love songs, selected arias from well-known operas and contemporary pieces including Italian-American standards. Tickets should be reserved in advance by calling the museum.
