Chefs at the market: Rizwan Ahmed

Food—RizThe Chefs at the Market series at the Mount Hope Farmers Market will feature Chef Rizwan Ahmed, the head chef and owner of Hourglass Brasserie in Bristol. Ahmed (“Chef Riz” to his friends and fans) will be preparing citrus-cured sea scallops with pickled beets and asiago cheese from 10:30 a.m.-noon on Saturday, Sept. 28.
