‘Toy Story’ screened in Tiverton

Join Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang when “Toy Story” is shown for free Friday at Sandywoods Center for the Arts in Tiverton. The movie is being presented by The Newport County YMCA and cheese pizza, soda and popcorn will be available for purchase. Families are also welcome to bring along their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, and young children are invited to bring pillows and blankets. The 1995 film was nominated for three Oscars and is ranked second on the Rotten Tomatoes “Top 100 Kids and Family Movies List.”

WHERE: Sandywoods Center for the Arts, 43 Muse Way, Tiverton

WHEN: 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2 (doors open at 6 p.m.)
