Bristol Theatre Company will present the Tony Award-winning show, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.  A Broadway hit with a successful national tour, this humorous production features six “quirky” adolescents competing in a spelling bee in fictional Putnam County.  The Bee is run by three equally-quirky adults. Directed by Richard Bento, with Musical Direction by Dan Snizek, Putnam features great music – Pandemonium, I’m Not That Smart, Magic Foot, My Friend the Dictionary, and many more.  Audience participation is a big part of the show. A portion of the proceeds from the March 21 performance will be donated to the Bristol/Warren Education Foundation.
