Little Compton filmmaker’s ‘Child 31′ to screen at Community Center


LITTLE COMPTON — Grassroots Films announces the showing of it’s latest documentary “Child 31″ at the Little Compton Community Center on Nov. 4 at 1p.m. and 7 p.m. Admission is free. Donations will be gratefully accepted. 


This film follows Magnus Mac Farland-Barrow in his ground breaking work to relieve world hunger in a program called “Mary’s Meals”.


 The film was directed by Little Compton native Charles F. Kinnane lll and is being shown simultaneously in over 250 cities world wide on that date. It is an award winning (short) film and was shown at the prestigious  Warsaw Film Festival in Warsaw, Poland.
