BAY Team funding up in the air

It’s going to be a long spring for the BAY Team. Executive director Kathy Sullivan recently requested another five years of funding through a Drug Free Communities grant. The federal program isn’t the organization’s only source of funding but it is certainly the largest. The BAY Team has received $124,000 annually in Drug Free Communities

Barrington liquor licenses renewed

Every liquor license in Barrington was renewed earlier this month despite recent concern that employees of some establishments had not completed annually required training. The Barrington Town Council authorized the renewal of liquor licenses in November contingent upon each establishment meeting state and local requirements including BAY Team training, which is offered once a year
