NORTH SCITUATE — The Rhode Island State Police annouced Monday, March 17,  the arrests of 13 subjects for Driving While Intoxicated over the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. In addition to the DWI arrests, they made 51 other arrests on miscellaneous charges. The following is a list of subjects, who were arrested for Driving while intoxicated:
