The Tiverton Yacht Club will sponsor its Fourth Annual Penguin Plunge at Grinnell’s Beach in Tiverton this New Year’s Day.  Bring New Year’s hats, party paraphernalia and, if you dare to take the plunge, a towel and a bathing suit.
