Power outages increase in Barrington

After dipping as low as 2,500 customers without power earlier today, National Grid is reporting about 3,500 Barrington customers without power as of 7 p.m. That means slightly more than half of Barrington’s 6,800 customers are still without power. Power is currently expected to be restored across town by 11:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11.

All Portsmouth homes should have power by Monday

Report Portsmouth property damage

PORTSMOUTH — If your home or property was damaged by the blizzard Nemo, you should call Town Hall to report it, according to the Portsmouth Emergency Management Agency (PEMA). The damage reports will be helpful in determining whether or not Rhode Island qualifies for federal disaster assistance funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Call 683-3255
