SEEKONK — The life of Karen McHugh, the town resident killed last weekend in a still unresolved hit-and-run accident, was celebrated Saturday morning, Feb. 7, with a funeral service at the Seekonk Congregational Church. EAST PROVIDENCE — The East Providence Police Department reports that an arrest has been made in connection with the hit-and-run accident that occurred in the early morning hours of Dec. 8 on Taunton Avenue.
