PORTSMOUTH — Before they went trick-or-treating, wizards, princesses, cowboys, superheroes and even a banana paraded around Common Fence Point this evening. The parade featured members of the Portsmouth High School marching band and alumni leading kids and families members in an around-the-block march. PORTSMOUTH — Once again, some monsters, witches, superheroes and pirates will be parading through the streets of Common Fence Point to celebrate Halloween.
