No injuries following early morning house fire in East Providence

EAST PROVIDENCE — An early morning house fire did significant damage to the structure, but no one was injured, according to an East Providence Fire Department spokesman. EPFD Lieutenant James Bellamy reported the fire, at 560 Taunton Ave., was discovered at approximately 3 a.m. early Tuesday morning, March 11. The single-family home suffered heavy damage.
