To the editor:

Consider a vote to re-elect Harold Sisson Jr. as our town's highway surveyor. As a mom about town I see Harold Sisson everywhere in the official town truck, most recently last Wednesday morning at the site of a very lengthy and dangerous rock and soil spill on Old County Road which, I believe, disabled a car. I have seen him plowing all winter. I personally called his department to report a sign downed by a speeder right near my driveway that warned of curves in the road ahead. A new sign was ordered and replaced within two or three days.

Shortly after his election last year he was near my home with his coworkers repairing a small stone wall at the site of a brook. Our tax dollars are hard at work with Jack Sisson as highway surveyor.
