Former property manager
Henry M. Tremblay, 71, of Sunset Drive, died Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, at home. He was the former husband of Rhea (Johnson) Pereira in Florida.
Born in Central Falls on Nov. 16, 1932, a son of the late Joseph and Marie (Pepin) Tremblay.
Mr. Tremblay had worked in the construction industry, and later had been a property manager for several years, before retiring.
Besides his former wife, he leaves three daughters, Susan A. Tremblay of Dover, N.H., Mary M. Schwoerer of Hollis, N.H., and Diane L. Santos of Cumberland; three sons, James J. Tremblay of Attleboro, Eugene H. Tremblay of Pawtucket and David J. Tremblay of West Greenwich; five sisters, Helen Proulx of Providence, Andrea Conlon and Angie Tetreault, both of Cumberland, Lucille Bourgault of Smithfield and Theresa Finnegan of Pawtucket; three brothers, Michael, Gerard and Denis Tremblay, all of Pawtucket; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Estelle Brady and Bernard, Walter and Robert Tremblay.
The funeral will be held Thursday, Oct. 14, at 8:45 a.m. at the Merrick R. Williams Funeral Home, 530 Smithfield Ave., Pawtucket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Edward Church, Weeden Street, Pawtucket. Committal prayers will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
