Frank L. DeBonis, 66, Johnston

Leaves family in Bristol

Frank L. DeBonis, 66, of Johnston, died Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. He was the beloved husband of Stephanie (Veader) DeBonis; they were married 23 years.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Leon and Mary C. (Imondi) DeBonis, he lived in Seekonk for most of his life and moved to Johnston one year ago. He was the owner and operator of Crown Truck Leasing Inc. since 1984, and worked in the business with his father since he was 16 years old. He was a member of the Seekonk Lions Club.

Besides his wife , he leaves his children, Sandra DeBonis of Bristol, Frank R. DeBonis of East Providence and David J. DeBonis of Rehoboth; five grandchildren; a sister, Carol Frattaruolo of Seekonk; a brother, Russell DeBonis of Bristol; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 8, from the Rebello Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian burial in Our Lady of Loreto Church. Burial with military honors followed in Highland Memorial Park in Johnston.
