Warren zoning board decisions

The following decisions of the Warren Zoning Board of Review were recently filed at Warren Town Hall:

The board unanimously rejected the application of Joseph Lawson, 7 Commercial Way, who sought a special use permit to operate a day care center/preschool in a CI District.

The board unanimously approved the request of Historic Grace, LLC, of 390 Child St., to use a portion of an existing structure in the Village Business district as a two-family dwelling.

The board unanimously approved the application of Nancy Serabian, of 435 Child St., to use a portion of the existing building for a specialty service business and retail.

The board unanimously approved the application of LUK Chamber, LLC, 564 Metacom Ave., to use a portion of the existing building as an ice cream shop.

The board unanimously approved the application of Jason M. Ferreira, 8 Orchard Ave, to demolish an existing garage and replace with a detached garage, exceeding lot coverage.

The board unanimously approved the application of Christopher J. Hubbard, 76 Maple St., to replace the existing roof with a small deck off the bedroom.
