Warren police: Man arrested on his 30th birthday
The animal control officer got a call about a bird that had gotten into a Child Street resident's dryer. By the time she got there the bird was gone.
Police were called to Metacom Avenue for a domestic dispute.

A barking dog complaint came in from Seymour Street. Less than an hour later, another one came in from Rollingwood Court.

A No Parking sign on Main Street was discovered damaged and bent. An officer noted it looked like someone had tried to steal it.
An Arlington Avenue resident concerned about the next door neighbor's baby's incessant crying called authorities. Police came out and checked on the infant, and learned the baby was crying because it didn't like its bath.
Police told a Birchswamp Road resident to extinguish a fire that had been lit without a permit.
A Warren Avenue man reported receiving harassing text messages.
A Westminster Street resident reported two stolen license plates.
An erratic driver was reported on Touisset Road.
A Country Road resident reported a possible intruder. Police checked it out and found nothing amiss.
Dante Blancarte, 30, of 38 Market St., Apt. 2, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled him over on Metacom Avenue at 8:49 p.m.
An Arlington Avenue resident reported receiving excessive text messages and phone calls from an acquaintance.

Olusegun O. Osho, 55, of North Smithfield, was charged with obtaining money under false pretenses or impersonation, over $500. AR 100
Loud music was reported on Metacom Avenue.
A gas tank was reported stolen from a boat on Washington Street.
Police were called out to Mulberry Street for a disobedient juvenile.
Police were called to a neighbor dispute on Metacom Avenue.
A Maple Road resident noted unauthorized debit charges on his account.
Debbie A. DaSilva, 41, of 50A Campbell St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant out of East Providence.
An erratic driver call came in from Metacom Avenue. A few minutes later, someone reported an aggressive driver on Main Street.
Off-road vehicles were reported on Riverview Street.
A Child Street business owner reported to police that a fired ex-employee was sending in harassing text messages.
Police got a complaint that a car struck a parked car and left the scene.
Fire crews got word of a brush fire at Birchswamp and Country Road, but it turned out to be a bonfire.

Someone complained that a Franklin Street resident was shooting fireworks out a window.
Police were called to a landlord tenant dispute on Arlington Avenue.
A clerk at a Market Street business reported being harassed by a customer.
Someone reported out that two men were running in and out of traffic around 8:48 p.m.
A Frank Court man reported an altercation with his girlfriend.
Police got a call at 11:51 p.m. that a drunken man was standing in the middle of Union Street. He was gone by the time they arrived.
Sunday, March 17
A Davis Street resident told police that someone threw a rock through a window.
Joseph Moffitt, 33, of Middletown, was charged with possession of marijuana, first offense, and driving while in possession of controlled substances, after police pulled him over on Child Street.
A Garden Street resident reported that a car had been circling the neighborhood for 15 to 20 minutes.
Christyne R. Jorge, 38, of 59 Lyndon St., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled her over on Market Street at 10:18 p.m.
Joshua P. Landskroner, 32, of 700 Metacom Ave., Apt. 126, was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer, after police went to Metacom Avenue at 11:13 p.m. to investigate a repot of a person with a dark truck loading items into the bed.
Monday, March 18
Two men were reported fighting on Metacom Avenue.
Stephen Higginbottom Jr., 30, was charged with disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, first offense, simple assault or battery and vandalism/ malicious injury to property, after police were called to a Metacom Avenue establishment at 1:03 a.m. for an unruly patron. It was Mr. Higginbottom's 30th birthday.
