Warren police logs: Five DUIs, suspected heroin overdose

Monday, March 18
A caller complained about landscaping company employees blowing leaves onto the road at Hope and Main streets.
Rodney A. Davis, 33, of 340 Main St., Apt. 6, was charged with disorderly conduct after an employee at a Railroad Avenue business called to report that a man was threatening staff and slamming doors.
A Mayo Drive woman asked for police assistance with her son, who was kicking and throwing things. Police arrived and settled the matter.
A Touisset Road man called to report that his firearm was missing, and that he suspected it might be stolen. He called back a few hours later to report that it had been found.
A caller reported loud music on Metacom Avenue.
Tuesday, March 19
Thomas P. Kiley, 43, of 8 Prudence Lane, was picked up on a warrant for domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct.
Wednesday, March 20
A Croade Street resident reported being harassed by a neighbor.
An Asselin Street woman complained that a neighbor was yelling at her and her children.
Ralph T. Delullo, 32, of 20 Hanley Farm Road, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct.
Thursday, March 21
Edward L. Pacheco, 67, of 22 Vernon St., was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, after a caller reported that a car had driven into bushes on Metacom Avenue just before 11:30 p.m.
Friday, March 22
A caller from St. Teresa Drive returned home from vacation to find windows and a door broken. It didn't appear that anyone had gotten inside though, the caller stated.
A caller told police that a silver sedan with flames shooting out of it was driving up and down Cutler Street.
A Napoleon Street woman told police that her ex was sending her harassing text messages.
A loose German Shepherd found on Stonegate Road was brought to the animal shelter.
A caller from Asselin Street told police that juveniles were exposing themselves through the window of a nearby residence. Police responded and determined that they weren't exposing themselves; it was a civil dispute among neighbors, the officer noted.
A Mulberry Street woman asked police to take a look through her house as, though she already checked herself and found nothing amiss, she "felt like someone was inside." Police checked it out and all was clear.
Paul D. Poissant, 33, of 11 Central Ave., was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, after police were called to Central Avenue at 11:29 p.m. by his girlfriend, who asked that he be removed the house.
Saturday, March 23
Jonathan Scott Kennedy, 31, of Swansea, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, first offense (BAC .15 or greater) after police pulled him over at Child Street and Orchard Avenue at 1:03 a.m.
Jake R. Foreman, 22, of Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled him over at Seymour Street and Brentwood Court at 2:55 a.m.
A police officer looked for but could not locate a dog reported running loose around Metacom Avenue.
Police dispersed a woman from a Child Street home after getting a call from a woman who reported that her boyfriend's mother refused to leave.
A Bagy Wrinkle Cove woman reported that someone stole a package from her front door.
An officer called in a panhandler on Main Street just before 1:30 p.m.
Police were called to Joyce Street for people having a verbal argument.
A passerby complained about a man standing outside of a Metacom Avenue establishment, asking for cigarettes.
A caller on Market Street reported being tailgated.
Sunday, March 24
Randi L. Giles, 28, of Providence, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled her over at Metacom Avenue and Child Street at 1:07 a.m.
A Martin Street woman told police that her boyfriend was not breathing. Police said the victim, 34, had overdosed on suspected heroin. Emergency responders administered Narcan, an anti-opioid, and transported him to the hospital.
A Federal Street man complained that someone damaged his car overnight.
A Main Street woman told police that a man entered her backyard but fled after seeing someone. Police caught up with the man nearby and told him not to go back.
Andre Dion McDaniel, 38, of 22 Laurel Lane, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after multiple callers told police at approximately 11:20 p.m. that a silver Ford pickup struck several parked cars on Arlington Avenue and then fled the area. Several callers saw the truck pull into a Metacom Avenue address shortly thereafter.
Monday, March 25
A caller reported a man and woman arguing while walking down Main Street at 12:41 a.m.
