Warren man indicted in sex assault

A Warren man has been indicted on charges that he sexually assaulted a victim in Bristol.

Orlando Diaz, 27, of 18 Long Lane, was indicted by the Providence County Grand Jury on Thursday, Oct. 10, and charged with two counts of first degree sexual assault and two counts of second degree sexual assault. Police allege that the assaults occurred on or about July 13. The alleged events took place in Bristol, and the Bristol Police conducted the investigation.

Mr. Diaz is due to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 13.
