The following building permits were issued this month by Warren Building Official William Nash:

19 Ridgeway Drive, Patrick J. Rimoshytus. Strip and re-roof, $5,000.

9 Taddy Ave., James Baptista. Construct detached garage, $25,200.

339 Market St., DJ Development Corp. Interior renovations, $2,000.

51 Broad St., Stephen Thompson. Strip and re-shingle three sides of shed. New window, $3,000.

64 Overhill Road, Christine Wiese. Construct single family dwelling, $100,000.

8 Turner St., Deborah Kostisin. Replace decking, $3,000.

511 Child St., Unit 204, Orban and Constantino Realty LLC. Remodeling bathroom, $4,000.

182 Touisset Road, Christine H. Asselin. Replace decking, $7,000.

23 Touisset Road, Mark A. Perry. Add landing, deck and steps down to grade, $2,400.

11 Jefferson St., Town of Warren. Interiro renovations to complete kitchen and bathroom area, $11,000.

463 Water St., Water Street Dock Co., Inc. Install three-piece fabric covered steel frame structure, $487,500.

5 Bee Jay Court, Steven B. Rufino. Install shed, $4,000.

492 Water St., James Carter. Raise roof approximately two feet, $30,000.

22 Liberty St., Barbara Dobbyn. Remove, replace rear door awning and bulkhead, $3,000.

21 Federal St., David R. Reardon. Replace 37 windows, $11,000.

84 Seymour St., Albert E. Soper Jr. Rebuild front steps, $1,000.

Warren Building Official William Nash Jr. also approved a demolition permit for a single family home at 66 Brownell St.
