Application for license to sell secondhand items under Junk and Secondhand Dealer’s License, in accordance with the Town Ordinance requiring such license, Chapter 15, Section 15-38, has been made by

BONNIE POISSON D/B/A KEEPERS 578 WOOD STREET, BRISTOL, RI

The Town Council will be in session in the Town Hall, Council Chambers, on Wednesday evening, October 24, 2012 beginning at 7:00 o’clock at which time and place all persons for or against the granting of the license are entitled to and will be heard.

Individuals requesting interpreter servic- es for the hearing impaired must notify the Town Clerk’s Office at 253-7000 sev- enty-two hours in advance of the hearing date.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
