Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the Town Hall, 343 Highland Road, in said Town of Tiverton, RI at 7:00 p.m. on the following:
Stafford View Farm Preliminary Plan application to subdivide a 50.4 acre parcel into sixteen (16) single-family house lots. A total of approximately thirty-six (36) acres would be preserved as open space. Two (2) new roads would be required.

Note: The subdivision plans will be available for review at the Planning Office prior to the Public Informational Meeting. The office is located at 346 Judson Street in Tiverton.
