SENIOR CENTER RAMP REPLACEMENT

The Town of Tiverton, Rhode Island is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for: The Demolition of ramp and removal of debris. Construction of new ramp as per specs. Demolition of porch and stairs and removal of debris.

Construction of new porch and stairs as per specs. at the Tiverton Senior Center, 207 Canonicus Street, Tiverton, RI. Bidder must comply with the Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wages.

Scope and specifications for the above may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk, 343 Highland Road, Tiverton, RI from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00p.m. Monday through Friday or obtained on the Town of Tiverton website at www.tiverton.ri.gov . Any ques- tions regarding specifications or for site visit please call Maintenance Director Robert Martin at 401-640-8691.

Sealed envelopes containing bids must be marked “Senior Center Ramp” on the out- side and received at the Office of the Town Clerk, 343 Highland Road, Tiverton, RI no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at which time bids will be opened and publicly read by the Town Administrator or his representative in the Town Council Chambers.

The Town of Tiverton reserves the right to reject any or all bids as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. Town of Tiverton is an equal Opportunity Employer.
