Smiley, Terry named to Warren boards

Posted

Warren's Zoning Board and Economic Development Commission have new members this week.

At last week's Warren Town Council meeting, councilors split 4-1 (with Davison Bolster against) as they appointed Mark Smiley as a full-time member of the zoning board; previously, Mr. Smiley was a first alternate. Mr. Smiley, the chairman of the Warren Republican Town Committee, replaces departed member Benedict Ferrazzano. His promotion also boosts Andrew Ellis, who was previously a second alternate but last Tuesday was named first alternate.

Meanwhile, councilors also appointed Benjamin Terry to the EDB. Mr. Terry is a bartender at Trafford, a Restaurant, on Water Street.
