Sen. Ottiano sets constituent office hours

Senator Christopher S. Ottiano (R-Dist.11, Bristol, Portsmouth, Tiverton), will hold constituent office hours from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 11. The office hours are being held in an ongoing effort to answer questions the public has about the General Assembly. “Everyone is welcome to bring their questions, comments or legislative concerns. Good political discussion and all points of view are welcomed,” Sen. Ottiano said.  “I am pleased to take the opportunity to welcome my constituents from Tiverton to the district.” The event will be held at Lil’ Bear Sports Pub at 983 Main Road, Tiverton.  Coffee and refreshments will be served.

Jim McGaw

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
