Sarah E. Valentine, 15, Westport

Survivors along with her parents include her maternal grandparents, Dennis M. and Betty (Eastwood) Velozo of Westport; her paternal grandmother, Pauline M. (Dupont) Valentine of Tiverton and the late Richard Valentine; a sister, Lauren N. Valentine of Westport; her godfather, Michael Velozo and his wife Nicole; her godmother, Sharon Desrosiers; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family wishes to thank all of the devoted caregivers that Sarah had throughout the years.

Memorial donations may be made to the Trisomy 18 Foundation, 173 Keith St., Warrenton, VA 20186 or or to a charity of your choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Potter Funeral Home, Westport.
