Rose Patricia Raso, 95, formerly of Barrington

Rose Patricia (Vitullo) Raso, age 95, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Manor, Bristol. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Raso.

Born in Warren, the daughter of the late John and Isabella (Vitullo) Vitullo, Rose was a resident of Barrington for 54 years. She leaves a sister, Mary Vaccaro of Warren and was preceded in death by a sister Angelina (Fiore) and brothers Armand and Alexander.

She is survived by a son, Thomas A. and his wife Marie (Paolino), and a daughter Nancy Primiano and her husband Michael. She was grandmother to Kristin Sousa and her husband Anthony, Thomas J. Raso, Michael Primiano and his wife Melanie (Ruzek), Christopher Primiano and his wife Kimberly (Nolette) and Matthew Primiano.  She was great-grandmother to Katelyn Sousa, Mikaela and Madeline Primiano and Daniel and Kate Primiano.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Friday, Oct. 12 at Holy Angels Church, Barrington where Rose was a parishioner of long standing. Arrangements by Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, Warren, RI.

Faith: She walked the path with strength and grace.

Family: She gave an abundance of love and gentle care.

Friends: She was loyal, supportive and kind.
