Bristol police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who allegedly robbed a Dunkin' Donuts on Saturday night.

Police responded to the Dunkin' Donuts at 8 Gooding Ave., at 5 p.m. Nov. 16 for a report that the store had been robbed. A man had entered the store alone and asked for money from the register, according to a press release issued by Bristol police.

The man was described as white, with olive or darker colored skin; a short-trimmed beard and mustache; dark features; wearing a gray hooded-sweatshirt; winter hat; and jogging pants with a white stripe down each leg.

The man allegedly threatened to use a handgun, though no weapon was shown during the robbery, the release states.

Any information leading to the man's arrest can be forwarded to the Bristol Police Department, 401-253-6900.
