PORTSMOUTH — Two men were arrested after police responded to a report of a fight in progress in the middle of Boyd’s Lane around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, July 16.

According to police, Andrew V. Loras, 24, of 31.5 First School St., Bristol, parked his car outside a residence on that street and began to yell and threaten his ex-girlfriend.

While there, he got into an altercation with Devin P. Vieira, 18, of 238 Market St., Third Floor, Warren, who was there for a party, according to police.
