Pasquale S. Pezzullo, 88 Bristol

Pasquale S. Pezzullo, 88, of Bristol, passed away on July 25, 2017. He was the husband of Philomena (Murgo) Pezzullo; they were happily married for 63 years. He was the son of the late Pasquale Pezzullo and Angela Maria (Raponi) Pezzullo.

Pasquale worked as a barber for Murgo Barber Shop in Seekonk for 25 years and then as a custodian for the Bristol-Warren School District. He was a proud member of the Sons of Italy Club. His favorite past times included spending time with his entire family, attending his grandson’s soccer games, riding his bicycle, cooking family dinners, daily trips to Dunkin’ Donuts with his friends and especially his devotion for his beloved wife.

Besides his wife, Pasquale is survived by his daughter, Patti S. Cirillo and her husband Arthur; his grandchildren, Peter Cirillo and his wife Patricia, and Alicia Alves and her husband Daniel; three great-grandsons, Dominic, Dylan and Donovan Cirillo; one sister, Mary Ann Abatecola; and many nieces and nephews. Pasquale was predeceased by his son, Peter S. Pezzullo, his three brothers and one sister.

Funeral Services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol, Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 10 a.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 141 State St., Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol. Visitation will be held on Saturday morning only, 9-10 a.m.
