As a team, the Huskies placed fourth out of 26 teams participating. Leading the team are three new coaches: James McKenna, Keith Medeiros and Steve Martel.

In addition to the overall fourth place finish, seven wrestlers placed, including Scott Primiano (sixth, 113 pounds), Christian Torres (third, 133 pounds), Ryan Bartell (fifth, 152 pounds), Bailey Ziobro (second, 160 pounds), Jon Perroni (fifth, 170 pounds), Byron Thibaudeau (fourth, 182 pounds) and Jared Sousa (sixth, 285 pounds).

The Huskies' season officially starts this Wednesday with an away meet at Cranston West. The team opens up at home Thursday night against Bishop Hendricken. It starts at 7 p.m. and it's youth night, in which local youth wrestlers who wear their wrestling jacket, shirt or sweatshirt will be admitted free.
