Milton A. Bryden Jr, 78, died Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Banner Baywood Hospital in Mesa, AZ. Milton leaves his companion of 20 years, Gertrude; his sister Donna, daughter Cheryl, son Craig, nephew Randy, niece Jessica and several close friends and relatives in Arizona. Milton died from cardiac arrest brought on by recent episodes of aspiration pneumonia. A memorial service was held on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018 at the East Mesa Christian Church in Mesa, AZ.

Milton spent his childhood in Warren prior to serving in the Army in Korea. . He worked as a truck driver, maintenance man, printing press operator, and held several jobs in construction including plowing snow during the Blizzard of 1978. He owned/managed several residential rental properties in Providence. Milton enjoyed football, wrestling, gardening, NASCAR, flea markets, dancing, all types of music, backyard projects, and his dog Maxie. He had a dry sense of humor, was witty and charming in his own way.  He was a very kind, well-intentioned man who would gladly help a friend or stranger in need. Milton worked hard, believed in having fun, and not taking life too seriously.  He touched many lives in a special way.
