Posted

Lucille (Agostinho) Harmon, 67, of Warren, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at Miriam Hospital. She was the beloved wife of George Harmon.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Carmella (Castigliego) Agostinho. She was the loving sister of Philomena Galuppo of Fall River, Frances Baker of Warren, Arthur Agostinho of Sewell, NJ, and Roseanne Chee of North Attleboro, MA. She was also the devoted aunt of 12 nephews and nieces.

Mrs. Harmon was employed at Country Club Cleaners for many years before retiring. She loved to play bingo and cards, listen to Doo Wop music, and spend time with family and friends. She enjoyed socializing with the knitting group at Kickemuit Village, even though she didn’t actually knit. Most of all, she enjoyed and valued the time spent with her two young nieces, Lindsay and Cassie.

Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren. Funeral arrangements have been postponed due to the storm; please refer back to www.wjsmithfh.com as storm cleanup progress and power returns.
