Lorraine J. Lundstrom, 95, of Bristol

Lorraine J. (Roberts) Lundstrom, 95, of Bristol, died Saturday,  Jan. 13, 2018, at the Grace Barker Nursing Home, Warren.

She was the wife of the late Russell Gordon Lundstrom Sr.

Lorraine was born in Feeding Hills, Mass., a daughter of the late David Van Buren Roberts and Laura M. (Miner) Roberts.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Lundstrom has lived in Bristol for over 60 years, coming from Warren.

She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Bristol, where she was a member of the choir for over 20 years, and a member of the Junior Women’s Club. She was also an avid gardener.

She enjoyed sewing, reading and swimming.

Mrs. Lundstrom is survived by her son, Russell Gordon Lundstrom Jr., of Bristol.

Lorraine was the mother of the late Dr. Karen Lundstrom Baudais.

She was the sister of the late Antoinette Whitney, Helen Yvonne Lyman, and also sister of Blanche Whitman.

Her funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 19, at 11 a.m. in the SMITH FUNERAL and MEMORIAL SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Hope Street, Bristol.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Gifts in her memory can be sent to the Bristol Good Neighbors Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry at St. Michael’s Church, 378 Hope St., Bristol, RI 02809
