Lillian Micheletti, 77

Lillian (Brown) Micheletti, 77, passed away peacefully at home, Saturday, May 24. She was the wife of the late Vincent Micheletti. Born in Bristol, she was a daughter of the late Frank and the late Georgianna (Machado) Brown. Mrs. Micheletti worked at Amica Insurance in Providence for 11 years before joining her husband, Vincent, and brother-in-laws, Paul and Albert, owning and operating Sambo’s Diner in Fall River, MA. She will be remembered fondly for her superb Italian cooking and baking, especially her beautiful wedding cakes and Italian cookies. She loved knitting, gardening and spending time with her grandsons. She is survived by her children, Colleen and Michael Micheletti and his wife Amy; sister, Alice Borges and grandsons, Michael and Dylan Micheletti. She was the sister of the late Frank Brown, Jr. Her visitation will be from Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St., Warren, on Saturday, May 31, at 8:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 11 a.m., State St., Bristol. Burial will be in North Burial Ground.
