Lidia Kehoe, 45, Warren

Lidia (Silveira) Kehoe, 45, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Portugal, a daughter of Maria (Melro) Silveira and the late Joao Silveira, she lived most of her life in Warren. She was a homemaker, and the beloved wife of Patrick Kehoe.
She was the loving mother of Ashley Kehoe of Warren,  Austin Kehoe of Fall River and the late Amber Kehoe. She leaves her siblings, Francisco Silveira of North Providence, Maria Viera of Swansea, Sandra Medeiros of Bristol and Lucille Medeiros of Fall River. She was the devoted grandmother of Mya Tucker and Blake Correia.
Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road. Funeral services are at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Oct., 2 from the funeral home, with a Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Elizabeth's Church, Wood Street, Bristol.  Burial follows in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. See

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
