In Portsmouth, storm says 'no soup for you!'

PORTSMOUTH — The winter storm has forced a cancellation of the Portsmouth 375th Committee’s soup, salad and bread lunch scheduled for today, Feb. 17.

The lunch had been planned for noon to 2 p.m. at St. Barnabas Church Hall.

The event will not be rescheduled and refunds for tickets will be offered. Details will be available at www.portsmouthri375.com soon.
