Great Outdoors Pursuit at Colt State Park this Sunday


The third event of the 2013 Rhode Island Great Outdoors Pursuit will be held this Sunday, July 28 at Colt State Park from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. The event is open to the public and costs are either free or minimal, and features a tide pool touch tank, healthy cooking demonstration, farmer's market, electronic's recycling drop-off, and hula-hooping.

The event is held in conjunction with Gov. Lincoln Chafee's Bay Day, wherein anyone can fish in Rhode Island salt waters without a saltwater fishing license on July 28.
