Fun for all at Portsmouth’s 4-H Fair (photos)

PORTSMOUTH — Cow pies got flung, dangling doughnuts were chomped and barnyard animals took the spotlight at The Eastern Rhode Island 4-H Country Fair over the weekend.

Glen Park was a busy place Saturday and Sunday as families turned out in droves to check out the cows, horses, rabbits and other animals on display.

There were also martial arts and dance demonstrations, amusements, games, a decorated bike parade, eating contests and lots more.
