First the snow, now the cold

The storm is over, but the cold is just getting started. The temperature in Rhode Island was hovering around 7 degrees Friday afternoon, and forecasters predict it will drop below zero tonight. With wind chills predicted to be in the negative teens, it's most definitely a three dog night. A tip for those worried that their water pipes may freeze: Leave them dripping, ever so slowly. As for the photo? It was taken at the commercial dock on Water Street, just south of the Blount plant.
