EPACC Pet of the Week: Big Mama

Posted

EAST PROVIDENCE — Big Mama is a very large dilute calico domestic shorthair feline available for adoption at East Providence Animal Control Center.

When Big Mama first came to the facility, staff thought she may be pregnant considering her size but a visit to the veterinarian showed she was just a large girl, and had already been spayed. She is up to date on her rabies and distemper vaccinations. Big Mama seems to get along very well with other felines, and is very affectionate with those who visit her. If you are interested in adopting a loving and loyal feline then Big Mama is the one for you.

If you would like to visit Big Mama or any of our other animals available for adoption please feel free to stop by the facility any day of the week between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. We are located at 62 Commercial Way.

You may see the pets we have available for adoption listed on Facebook or Petfinder.com. If you have any questions about adoption or need to speak with an Animal Control Officer regarding other issues, you may contact the staff at (401) 435-7675.
