East Providence Public Works sets Fourth of July trash changes


EAST PROVIDENCE — The East Providence Public Works Department, Recycling/Refuse Division announced that due to the Independence Day Holiday all household refuse, recycling and yard waste regularly collected on Thursday, July 4, will be collected on Friday, July 5.

Of note as well, regularly scheduled Friday collections will be moved to Saturday, July 6. Regular collections for both days will resume beginning on Thursday, July 11. Residents are asked to have all materials at the curb by 6 a.m. on the day of collection.
