East Providence Animal Control Pet of the Week: Mittens

Posted

EAST PROVIDENCE — “Mittens” is a large, grey, domestic long hair available for adoption at the East Providence Animal Control Center.

“Mittens” was found abandoned in a home in Central Falls living in some unfavorable conditions. Since Central Falls Animal Control does not have a holding facility, we took Mittens in and he is now available for adoption. Mittens was neutered prior to his arrival, and vaccinated against rabies thanks to Central Falls Animal Control Officer Charlene Gaffney.

“Mittens” has a great disposition and loves everyone he meets.  You may visit Mittens at our facility located at 62 Commercial Way. East Providence Animal Control Center is open everyday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also have other animals available for adoption listed on Facebook or Petfinder.com.

If you have any questions about adoption or need to speak with an Animal Control Officer regarding other issues, you may contact the staff at (401) 435-7675.
