East Providence Animal Control Center Pet of the Week: Aria

Posted

EAST PROVIDENCE — Aria is a dilute tortoiseshell, domestic shorthair hair feline available for adoption at East Providence Animal Control Center. Aria was found as a very underweight and malnourished stray. Aria has since been examined by the veterinarian.

She is spayed, de-clawed and has a heart murmur which is due to old age. She is approximately 10 years old. Aria is very relaxed kitty, and enjoys attention, companionship and affection. She is very loving and would make a wonderful lap cat. This poor little girl has been through a lot to say the least, surviving on her own. She is now on her biggest mission to find someone willing to give her what she deserves, a good retirement home.

If you are interested in Aria, please feel free to stop by the facility any day of the week, including weekends, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. We are located at 62 Commercial Way, East Providence, RI. We also have plenty of other animals in need of good homes as well. You may see the pets we have available for adoption listed on Facebook or Petfinder.com.

If you have any questions about adoption or need to speak with an Animal Control Officer regarding other issues, you may contact the staff at (401) 435-7675.
