Decking the halls in Warren

Even as Warren settles in for Thanksgiving, the season's spirit is in the air. The 24th annual Warren Holiday Festival runs Friday and Saturday, and thousands are expected downtown to help the town celebrate the start of the season. In the 40s with a 10 percent chance of ****.
