Cutie Curls to celebrate expansion on Friday

Cutie Curls, a consignment shop and gift boutique featuring, is expanding. Owned and operated by Little Compton resident India Kenyon since December 2012, Cutie Curls is located at 3952 Main Road, in the Mill Pond Complex just south of Tiverton Four Corners.

Due to growing demand, Cutie Curls will occupy additional space on the upper level of the Mill Pond Shops, next door to its current location.

The grand opening will take place in the Mill Pond Shops this Friday, June 13, from 5-8 p.m. There will be refreshments and door prizes and all ages are encouraged to visit.

The store features clothing, accessories, jewelry and toys for girls and boys from infants to teenagers,The new expansion shop is carrying clothing for girls, size 7 and up, and features juniors and misses sizes.  Additionally, unique and handmade jewelry and accessories from local residents are available.

Ms. Kenyon says that the new space will free up more space in the original Cutie Curls for clothing for girls from infant to size 6, and for boys, along with toys, dolls, and other merchandise.

“Starting a new business in a difficult economic environment is immensely challenging.  Thanks to many loyal customers and new people discovering Cutie Curls on a daily basis, I am making my dream of being a small business owner a reality," she said.
