Blithewold is launching a new series of classes and hands-on instruction, which will provide the foundations of gardening to beginning gardeners. The first three sessions will be held on the first three Saturdays of February and will be taught by Blithewold's own horticulturalists Gail Read, Betsy Ekholm and Joe Verstandig. Participants will learn the proper methods and techniques that can help beautify any backyard.
WHERE: Blithewold Visitor's and Education Center, 101 Ferry Road, Bristol
WHEN: Saturdays, Feb. 2, 9, and 16; 9:30 to 11 a.m.
