A meeting of the Zoning Board of Review will be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, on Wednesday evening, 24 October 2012, immediately following an appeals hear- ing. The following applications for Special Use Permit (s) and Variance(s) will be heard in accordance with State Law and Zoning Ordinance.

NEW BUSINESS

1.EXXON MOBILE OIL CORPORATION and ROBERT WOOD, request permis- sion to introduce off-premises signage associated with an adjacent CVS opera- tion, otherwise defined as prohibited sig- nage, for property located at 2336 PAW- TUCKET AVENUE, being MAP 407 BLOCK 3 PARCEL 1, in a COMMERCIAL 4 DISTRICT. (Use Variance - Petition No. 6496)

2.EXXON MOBILE OIL CORPORATION and ROBERT WOOD, request permis- sion to introduce additional pylon signage that exceeds both maximum free-stand- ing signage requirements and overall aggregate allotted the subject property, for property located at 2336 PAWTUCK- ET AVENUE, being MAP 407 BLOCK 3 PARCEL 1, in a COMMERCIAL 4 DIS- TRICT. (Dimensional Variance - Petition No. 6497)
