CITY OF EAST PROVIDENCE PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE

A public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, at a meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. relative to final passage of the fol- lowing ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 17 OF THE REVISED ORDI- NANCES OF THE CITY OF EAST PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND, 1998, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "UTILITIES."

Building sewer lateral (tree roots)

Individuals requesting interpreter servic- es for the hearing impaired or needing other special services, must call 435- 7500 or 431-1633 (v//tdd) forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting date.

Said ordinance is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
